EU projects and Collaborations

Coremine Vitae is an active partner in several EU Horizon Europe consortia, collaborating with academic, clinical, industry, and patient organisation partners across Europe.  

We contribute with evidence-based analytics, interpretable modelling approaches, and structured outputs that help partners translate complex data and research into practical results. In addition, we have coordinated several Eurostars projects, leading cross partner R and D activities from concept development to execution.

Pathobody

Development of a platform for the recovery of pathogen-specific antibody molecules from exposed patients, with the aim of developing high value human antibodies against other pathogens and providing response capability to future pandemics.

ANTISeptic

Explores mass spectrometry for faster identification of disease-causing agents and associated antimicrobial resistance in sepsis patients. Aims to reduce hospitalisation time, complications and lasting effects of sepsis.

Precision Cancer Medicine Services

Evidence-based oncology insights and decision support from complex biomarker data. Delivered as structured outputs for clinical and research use.

Glioma Strategies

Bioinformatics and phosphoproteomics analytics to map signalling pathways in glioma. Turns multi-omics data into structured, research-ready insights.

GenomeMiner

Software for structured interpretation of genomic findings in oncology. Supports consistent workflows for evidence review and reporting.
