Research and Development

Our expertise

We combine expertise in bioscience, bioinformatics, and data analysis to develop advanced biomedical tools and technologies, with a strong focus on health and life science applications, spanning everything from multi-omics pipelines to explainable AI based decision support.

Our focus is on building transparent, interpretable solutions that transform complex biomedical data into meaningful insight.

Focus areas

  • Biomedical analytics and discovery
Target and biomarker prioritisation, evidence integration, and structured interpretation.
  • Multi-omics and data integration
    Proteogenomics, phosphoproteomics, and reproducible pipelines.
  • Explainable AI and prediction
Interpretable models, validation planning, and traceable outputs.
  • Translation and usability
Structured reporting, decision support formats, and partner ready documentation.

EU projects and Collaborations

Coremine Vitae is an active partner in several EU Horizon Europe consortia, collaborating with academic, clinical, industry, and patient organisation partners across Europe.

We contribute with evidence-based analytics, interpretable modelling approaches, and structured outputs that help partners translate complex data and research into practical results. In addition, we have coordinated several Eurostars projects, leading cross partner R and D activities from concept development to execution.
